Program

Business Independence Program

A fixed intervention directly inside the business. We work through six areas in detail, sort them out together with you, and leave you with systems and tools that stay — for a business that no longer depends on you.

We begin

The program doesn't start with a lecture.

It starts with a two-hour interview about your business — how it works, where it gets stuck, what you've already tried.

From there you get a detailed reality check of the business — far more thorough than the free version: five domains, a report of 17+ pages with findings, weak points, and priorities.

That report is the starting point of the program. At the end, the check-up is repeated, so what has changed is visible in black and white.

Who it's for

An existing business — for profitability and independence.

The program is designed for owners of businesses older than 2 years, with up to 50 employees — services or manufacturing. The goal is twofold: improved profitability and a business that runs without everything passing through you. We work in a practical way, on concrete documents and on the business itself.

✓ Existing business (2+ years)

Not an idea at the startup stage, but a business that already runs and already has its patterns.

✓ Up to 50 employees

Services or manufacturing. Small and medium, where the owner is still the bottleneck.

✓ Profitability and independence

Not theory, but concrete documents and work on the business itself.

Motivation isn't the problem. The problem is that the whole system is you.

That's why we don't start with advice — we start with measurement.

The path through the program

Six modules — from a strategic profile to a system that runs without you.

01

The big picture

Day 1–2

We start with the "Day you're gone" simulation — what happens if you disappear tomorrow for 30 days. From there we surface the 3 key problems and use "5 Whys" to reach the root. Then vision, mission, and 3 strategic goals. Outcome: a 1-page strategic profile.

02

Leadership and team

Day 3–4

Getting out of the "specialist-manager" trap. We identify a "second-in-command" — a key employee who gradually takes over 60–80% of your operational load. Knowledge from the head goes into written procedures, plus an authority matrix: who can approve what without you.

03

Market

Day 5–6

What you sell, to whom, and why they buy from you. Pareto analysis on your real data — which products and clients actually deliver the result. Concentration risk: what happens if your biggest client leaves.

04

Finance

Day 7–8

Reading financial statements without a finance background. Pricing, break-even with your numbers, margin per product and per client. Cash flow as a decision-making tool — a 13-week look ahead. Control: 5–7 numbers that tell you every month whether the business is heading in the right direction.

05

Marketing and sales

Day 9–10

The basics briefly, and the weight on what matters for a mature business: predictable revenue (repeat purchases, referral system) and sales that don't depend on you alone — a funnel, a script, and simple tracking of prospects.

06

System and independence

Day 11–12

Everything comes together in a system: reports, checklists, hierarchy, handbook. The central document is the independence matrix — by area (operations, sales, finance, team, clients) we determine what only you can do today, who it transfers to, and by when. It ends with a concrete 90-day plan.

What you get

Documents, tools, and a handbook that stay with you.

  • 41 working documents — a handbook, presentations, Word and Excel templates, checklists, and forms M1–M6. All stay yours, permanently.
  • Strategic profile on 1 page
  • Independence matrix — what depends on you, who it transfers to, by when
  • A concrete 90-day plan for the first steps
  • Authority matrix and the first written procedures
  • Control: 5–7 monthly numbers + a 13-week cash flow
  • Funnel, script, and system for tracking prospects
  • A working handbook that stays with you
What owners say

Honest words from owners who completed the Program.

"It pushed me to think strategically again and act practically and efficiently toward the goals. I've already recommended it to several friends who own businesses."
— Owner of a trading company · completed Program
"Simple, understandable, and immediately usable. It identified and opened up the real problems instead of staying in theory. I did the program with my partner, and the things we learned there I still use today, three years later. I've recommended it to many people."
— Owner of several businesses · completed Program
"I'm taking over the family business and I want to bring it to the next level — not just maintain what we already have. The Program gave me practical knowledge and systems for exactly that. I finished it about four years ago and I still use the things I learned."
— Second-generation owner · completed Program
Day 13–14 · Independence check-in

We come back 30–60 days later.

Held 30–60 days after the program ends, when you've had time to apply it. Together we review the execution of the 90-day plan, remove the obstacles, and set the next steps.

From experience, this is one of the most valuable parts of the program.

Format of the work
The Business Clinic app

Everything in one place, during and after the program.

Every client gets their own access to the Business Clinic app — four regular sections plus one you repeat at the end.

Tasks

What to work on before the next session, with a deadline, by module. Nothing gets lost between two sessions.

Schedule

All 14 sessions, by module, with status: what's been held, what's next.

Materials

Handbook, presentations, and templates. Each module unlocks once its two sessions have been held — so you work in order, not all at once.

Report

Your detailed business check-up, available the whole time.

New check-up

You see what changed in black and white.

At the end you repeat the check-up. All versions stay saved — the initial one and each subsequent one — so progress is visible in your numbers.

Business Clinic app — the Report screen with the business check-up and scores by domain.
This is work, not a seminar

"I didn't expect it would be this detailed and practical."

The most common reaction after the first sessions: "I didn't expect it would be this detailed and practical — there's a lot of work for me."

That's exactly right. Between sessions there's homework. We work on your real numbers, your real clients, and your real problems.

We don't do the work for you. We guide you through it — so next time you can do it yourself.

Schedule a 30-minute meeting — no obligation.

Just a conversation about whether the program is a good fit for your case. After the call you get a recommendation for the next steps, with or without the program.
